General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the rights and obligations related to registering for and using 300.mn (the "Website"). By registering, the user is deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Scope of Services

300.mn is an online car auction platform that connects buyers and sellers, providing the following services:

• Enabling buyers to participate in car auctions
• Providing sellers with the opportunity to sell their vehicles
• Payment intermediary services
• Vehicle history and appraisal verification from external sources

User Rights and Obligations

• Users must register using accurate and truthful personal information.
• User identity will be verified through the government's KhUR and DAN systems. Completing this verification is a prerequisite for participating in auctions.
• Users are obligated to fully pay all service fees required to participate in auctions.
• Users are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and verifying all information about vehicles listed for auction.
• Users have the right to request verification of the accuracy of any vehicle information.
• Bids placed by users in auctions are considered legally binding and cannot be withdrawn.

Seller Rights and Obligations

• Sellers must provide accurate information that reflects the actual condition of the vehicle.
• Sellers are obligated to transfer ownership rights of the vehicle.
• Sellers are obligated to deliver the auctioned vehicle to the buyer.

Service Fees and Payments

• Buyers must pay the required service fee (participation fee) in order to place their bid in an auction.
• If the user wins the auction, they must deposit a percentage of the vehicle's price into our organization's account within 72 hours. Subsequently, a further percentage is due when the vehicle is loaded by the shipping company, and the remaining balance is due when the vehicle arrives at the Mongolian border.
• Neither the service provider nor the seller shall be responsible for any customs duties, transportation costs, or other taxes and fees related to the vehicle.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• The Website will enforce the pre-transaction conditions of any seller verified by our company.
• The Website assumes no liability for any actions of third parties, nor for the quality or condition of vehicles.

User Information and Privacy

• The Website protects users' personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Mongolia.
• User information will not be disclosed to third parties without authorization.

Service Modifications and Termination

• The Website reserves the right to modify or update any terms.
• If a user violates the Terms of Service, the Website reserves the right to close the user's account.

Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mongolia.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be resolved through the courts of Mongolia.
