• Vehicle information: registration and plate details, mileage, import and customs records, service history and condition reports.
• Transaction information: bids, offers, orders, rental bookings, service bookings, parts purchases, parking bookings, ride bookings, payments and payouts.
• Location information: parking spot locations and the routes you publish or search for shared rides.
• Content you publish: listings, community posts, reviews and messages to other users.
• Technical information: device and usage data collected when you use the Platform.

How do we use your information?

• Providing services to registered users
• Processing and monitoring transactions, including auctions, rentals, bookings and payments
• Verifying identity and eligibility, including driving licence checks for rentals and shared rides
• Matching riders and drivers on overlapping routes
• Sending notifications you have asked for, such as plate-restriction alerts, reminders, and updates on cars you watch
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud
• Providing customer service, and investigating disputes
• Disclosing information when required by law

What other users can see

• A vehicle listed on the marketplace has a public profile showing its make, model, year, import trail, service history and any verified condition report.
• Seller profiles show a display name, whether the identity is verified, and reviews received.
• You control whether a vehicle you own is public. A vehicle that is not listed stays private.
• Community posts can be published under your name or anonymously, at your choice.

Sharing information with third parties

We may share your information in the following cases:

• With the counterparty to a transaction you enter into, to the extent needed to complete it
• With payment providers, to process payments and settlements
• With service providers, parts sellers and parking hosts you book from
• With lenders, where you apply for financing through the Platform
• Where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users

Protecting your information

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect your information:

• High-level encryption and security protocols
• Protection against unauthorised access to data
• Identity documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and to authorised reviewers
• Internal audits and information security monitoring

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your chosen language. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Children's information

The Platform is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below the age required to hold a driving licence or enter into a contract in Mongolia.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

• The right to view, update and delete your personal information
• The right to choose which notifications you receive, by category
• The right to file complaints related to data processing
• The right to opt out of advertising

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform before they take effect.
